Just bought a Tablet and so excited .... BUT

A samsung Galaxy A and I love it already except it won't connect to my wifi.  I've tried 6 times.   Stupidly my wifi password is about 2 lines long as that's what they told me to do when I first got, so ....

Does it have to be case sensitive?

Any ideas why it won't connect (It says authentication problems)

Any way of changing my password?  (to something short)

Very very frustrated here.......feeling sorry for myself as it's a rotten day here in Melbourne and I was so looking forward to snuggling up with my Galaxy ( sad isn,'t it.)

Ok, so you're on 'display' and have moved the blue dot to the far right.. 

Try choosing one of the fonts say, choco cooky and then press OK.. 

What happens? Does the font change size to huge?

It doesn't work and they won't fix it.

Update ...

last night I rang the Help Support number  that youcan gave me and got on to Live Chat.

They were very helpful and we spoke for about 1 1/2 hours in which time I gave permission for Remote suppor/tcontrol.

Great help.

They said there had been a 'glitch' and fixed the lettering while i watched so it's gone to huge which isn't huge but better.

They also helped me register my Google accunt.

they were very helpful and treated me like the idiot I am lol.

So I still have to register with Samsung (have the link) and register ebay and slowly but surely getting there.

I think that one day I will love it but do so wish they would have a clear instruction manual telling one all these

things. 

btw is the Yahoo app ok to  download, given that i'm told ebay is not?

(I see i've done a typo with 'account' so will see if they bleep me.
