Karl from the Today show listed the suit he had worn for the past 12 months on ebay, it was removed due to the level of bid's ebay must have thought it a hoax.

It's back up

Karl is donating all funds to Women Against Domestic Violence.

I think you need a plausable excuse to be permitted to retract a bid and under certain circumstances.

For instance if I placed a bit on something for say $170.00 but accidently put $17,000

Sellers can cancel bids also if they think the bidder isn't genuine. The id who bid $17,500 was a newly created id.
