Afterall, the Rudd Government estimated the cost of National Bowel Cancer Screening to cost $29 million.
So far it has cost approximately $99 million, and it has not even been completely rolled out yet.
Donna, the keywords in that quote you provided is "could expect", interesting that it isn't "would get", or "will get".
That sounds like nothing more than a weather report - "it might rain" LOL
