Aww my 14 year old son just happily paid for a Kiva loan out of his own money. I suggested it to him after showing him the one I did last night and he didn't hesitate to say yes.

Just a little bit proud that he did that :-x

I had repayments today as well - I made 3 more loans.

I have $309 in Kiva circulation

All mine are females, who have shops / fishing in the Philippines.

No reason - just chose a country and theme - makes it look neater

I have repayments also on both accounts, not quite enough to reloan at this stage.

Happy Community Spirit Kiva birthday, 12 months today since we started our Kiva team and I've just made a loan to celebrate 🙂

Our goal made on the 23rd of last year to reach 100 goals in 12 months is on 134, it's going to be a bit more challenging to reach our second goal in the next 12 months but we are sitting on 44% half way through.

I still have one of those, I did receive a few repayments but then they stopped again.

Did others also receive payments on their loans today?  I now have close enough to my next loan so I will have a look tonight.

I haven't checked the team for a while but I hope we are on the right track.

Yep, I did. I should have enough for another and another 2 next month.

We are around 150 so half way.

Considering we are lending at a faster rate than the first 12 months with more members, we should make our goal.

Even if we reach 300 a few weeks past the 2nd anniversary still means we made it in my book.

I got paid back today, and started another loan.
