Do you think it's possible to be LGTB and a Christian?
What about other religions/faiths/beliefs?
Note: Please don't be nasty! Whatever your personal beliefs, I didn't start this thread so you could offend each other. Please be nice and try to be understanding. This is a public forum, anyone can read what is written here. Thanks!

A gift to add to the car full.
A St Anthony - at great cost - to hang from rear vision mirror.
Patron Saint of Lost Things.
The only thing that consistantly got lost in my car was me - so I'm afraid poor St Antony has become a bit redundant since I bought my Navman

@icyfroth wrote:Yes but we're talking about harmful effects, aren't we? So to say (in your statement), that homosexuality has "no harmful effect either on those who practice it or society as a whole" is just wishful thinking at best and bullschitt at worst.
So, in your opinion, how is homeosexuality effecting you on a personal level....since you're part of the society you are saying it is harming? To me personally? Not so much. But then I'm big and ugly enough to defend myself. Unlike this poor little guy:http://www.smh.com.au/national/couple-offered-son-to-paedophiles-20130630-2p5eg.htmlAnd how is it harmful to homosexuals themselves?hmmm...have you heard of AIDS?
There have been news stories of kids being abused and molested by both straight and homosexual people. So while you could claim that child abuse and molestation are indeed harmful to society, it doesn't really back up your statement that homosexuality itself is harmful to society. You can't cherry pick your news stories to suit your purposes.
hmmm...have you heard of AIDS?
Of course. Have you heard that it's not exclusive to gays?
To me personally? Not so much.
Not so much or not at all?

I've almost completely lost track of this thread 😛 Please be nice to each other - there's really no point getting frustrated because someone else can't or won't see/understand your point of view.

I thought half the attraction of forums was getting frustrated because someone else can't or won't see/understand your point of view.

Maybe for some. For others it might be the shared encouragement, highs and lows of life & getting to know someone over time, and simply learning more 😛

Are you denying the fact that homosexuality has no harmful effects on those who practice it? Or are you ducking for cover and not prepared to admit that you were/are wrong?
The following paras were screen grabbed from this site

and 28% were hetro contact in that same year
So HIV still happens if you are in a hetro relationship
Wonder what the aussie stats are?
