well that's what it looks like to me.
If I won by 20 votes last time, but only 2 this time, it'd read that as my popularity was slipping, not celbrating a victory per se.
That's not what happened though.
A well known person with big bucks behind him, who's been campaigning for over a year, lost to a woman who is relatively unknown.
