I'm planning to buy a lemon or Lime tree as a house warming present.
Any suggestion which most people prefer and also what type of lemons. There's so many different types. What's one that's easy to look after and produces heaps?

So I put them under the verandah out of sight
And the birds came back
You have to be careful with meerkats, opmania. They'll dig holes under the house if left unsupervised and breed like, well ..... meerkats ๐

Not real ones
Just the resin ornamental type meerkats
But you knew that ๐

I prefer lemonade if had to choose but, Why not both? I used to buy a carton of lemonade, put it in the freezer, mow the front yard, then take a break drinking the partly frozen drink before finishing off the back yard. But after being raped and going to jail for purchase lemonade with intent to drink it, i don't mess with the stuff anymore. I went back to Pepsi, the choice of the new generation of those who want to NOT be raped in jail. So far, Pepsi hasn't made my hair catch fire like with Michael Jackson.

Lemon.
Lemons can be used for a lot more things than limes. Also, Lemons are more expensive to buy.

Not here. I bought both at the supermarket yesterday. 3 for $2 - same for both
And that really hurt....I have a lemon tree. A thorny old Lisbon.

For the record I tried to get bush lemon. None of the place know what it is. End up getting Eureka Lemon.

Joanie - get onto the Southern Comfort - far safer.
Taking both lemon trees out of the garden - just in case - a rape occurs.
And giving up Pepsi - for life - not that I recall the last one.
