In regards to Xmas kindness ive just had the most wonderful  words from a buyer messaged to me .I was thinking of quitting due to a case opened when i thought i was doing the right thing  My first return request and first  accusation of being a cheat..

Well thanks to Mr Dowd I feel full of xmas spirit [not the liquid sort --Made my day to be praised so much by a very happy buyer  a little kindness is an amazing thing and a big coincidence that it happened on the same day
