No worries, I already posted that I didnt read the whole of the OP...was fixated on the Lindt chocolate bit 
I enjoy Lindt 70% chocolate. The milk chocolate is a bit too creamy for me.
When it comes to give us this day our daily chocolate, it's gotta be Cadbury's. I don't know why people say it's not as good as it used to be although I wasn't so happy when they used palm oil.

That article (assuming you read it) says just as much about abattoir practices in general as well as Halal-specific slaughter.
Sadly the cruel practices identified in that article are not much different to the way animals are treated in Australian abattoirs - and that makes me sick too.

Haighs are a South Australian chocolatier and they make pretty good stuff. I eat their chocolate beçause it is good and local, not because they do or do not have a little stamp on their packaging.
