Worms LOL

I love reading all the cat stories, too.  One thing about cat's....they always make you smile ๐Ÿ˜„

EXCEPT when they bring presents like goannas, snakes etc but you still end up smiling after the riot is over !

Re: Lionrose

A GOANNA!!!

*faints*

I think you are terrible brave, soul - I don;t think I'd be able to force myself to get close!

I love having blue tongues in the garden, they are great at keeping snails etc down, but with the girls having free rein in the yard any that arrive here move on very quickly - or get killed ๐Ÿ˜

I was encouraging a very young one to stay in our front garden, but I haven't seen it for a  while so perhaps a neighbourhood kitty got it?

My Bella is an inside only cat - she has been outside a few times but usually wants to turn around and come straight back in!

Once she got out when I had DYD and DYS here -I had to take DYD for an appointment, and my son didn't notice she got out, but the dogs kept barking at something and when he finally went to investigate found Bella in the back yard, all covered in mud where the girls had 'played' with her, hiding behind a sheet of roofing iron we had leaning up against the back of the house.

When I got home I had to bath her ( she was too tired and I think sore to care ๐Ÿ˜ž ) and then blow dried her! Needless to say, she doesn't try to go out the back anymore!

Re: Lionrose

I love Lizards, I am one of those people that want to touch them.

Had a big lizard on the deck one night in Aussie, touched it back and it hissed at me, Loved it.

My friend bought around a big water lizard, (very big), it had it'd tail run over we took it to the Vet.

Vet said their tails heal really well even when they have been run over.

I wanted to put him in the garden but vet said Wild life people have to pick them up.
