He did a bad thing in 1999 when he was in the army and not in politics... He was charged and did his time... end of your non story
Then you have Michael Coutts-Trotter married to Tanya Plibersek and he is the Director-General of the New South Wales Department of Education and Training In 1986, at the age of 21, he was imprisoned on a nine-year sentence for conspiracy to import narcotics. At the time he was a heroin dealer
