Not at all, they are doing their job of keeping the boards running as they should be for all members that want to be part of them, by removing the offending posts rather than removing the whole thread they have taken a powerful weapon away from a group of posters that have used the tactic of disrupting threads to force there removal and get their targets slapped stupid with great success for a very long time.
A week without a private group while frustrating is not the end of the world, many continued their private groups on FB during the change over period.
