I have had a few posts removed, each time I have received a courtesy message explaining why it was removed, and have been able to communicate with the mod - yes, a real live person, not a bot!!! .

Let's hope they continue this trend and don't resort to liveworld's inept system.

 I didn't have any issues with the previous moderators, so why would I need to change how I comment or what I post now?. I do think this new system is better than the last one. For reasons myself and others have already posted here.. moderators have eBay ID's,  they can be contacted with queries and they personally reply in a timely manner, posts get edited/removed if they are disrupting a thread.. rather than removing the whole thread etc.
