By any measure, Rudd and Gillard leave a terrible record.
AFTER the noise of the September 14 poll abates, a more sober assessment of the Rudd and Gillard governments will begin. It is unlikely to be kind.
On the economic front it will take years before the full structural impact of waste and policy mistakes work their way through. Younger Australians, especially, are entitled to look back in anger as they realise how recklessly their future has been mortgaged

This is what many have been saying since the Rudd/Gillard experiment started to unravel & Gillard knifed Rudd. Of course this is not what Labor voters want to read or hear about, it incenses them to think that the once great Labor party will be wiped out & the 2 people who will not come out of it smelling like roses will be the 2 amigo's Rudd & Gillard.
Labor is now so paralysed that it can't even contemplate getting rid of Gillard before Sept 14th even though they could save some seats by doing so.
The many up & coming young Labor politicians will have their careers in politics wiped out & many will not even benefit from a super fund because they haven't put in the time.
The future of many PM material & front bench Ministers will now spend years in opposition & any chance of their place in the sun has set.
The legacy of Rudd/Gillard will be the poison they have made Labor drink, the devastation of careers & the mountain of debt that the Conservative party will be left to deal with.

As spoken by a true believer in Julia and Swan and Labor and is so blinded that they cant see what has happened to this country under Rudd/Gillard..
But September 14 is getting closer every day and it will be so good to see the luvies on here trying to justify the flogging that Labor will take at the polls...

yes because we all believe what is in the australian. i am also not a labor voter by the way but would prefer anything to a govt run by abbot. there are some in the NLP that i could live with.

I laugh at posts that start out with "I am not a labor voter but"...........then go on to bag out the opposition.
I suggest all you "not labor voters" get out there & start voting labor in sept. maybe you'll be able to lessen the avalanche that's heading towards them.
