Looking for the name of this hook thingy

Can someone help me find the name of this thing please, and perhaps where to buy them 🙂

I used to have lots of them, I didn't use it as it is in the pic, I punched holes in the pattern and threaded the little bar through and used them to hang my pattern/block pieces.

I have not been able to find a stockist here and no longer have access to the place I purchased them.

You could try to find some of these 

Then you can just hang it on an s shaped storage hook.  If you can't fin that one then a kitting stitch holder would work too.

As that ^^ person said MRect. You might need to join the site to buy from them although they will take orders over the phone. They do sell in small lots to consumers as well as businesses.
