I can't be certain but I think the policeman in charge also said the bio family have been cleared of any involvement as have the foster family.

I was just looking for the source that says "Little William does not live with his biological mother. She has other children"

Why would there be links? He didn't live with either of his biological parents, that is all we need to know. Any child in foster care doesn't have any private information/photo's posted about them publicly (on the net, in school newsletters, in the media). 

Obviously photos need to be published for a missing child.

All his family have been cleared by the police - their alibi's checked out.

All has gone quiet on this case at present, I hope they haven't run out of leads.

No, has not been found.  Very tragic.  Missing since September.

Thank you. I couldn't remember how long it had been, but remembered the story. So sad for his family, not knowing what happened to him.
