Not the most exciting programme tonight with recaps of the contestants' backgrounds.  Next week looks promising though.

Teletext is the same as closed captions - the words on the screen

for the hearing impaired.  Or as my grandkids call it "oldies tv'

Can't be that bad.  It taught my youngest grandson how to spell    lol

I was wondering why too.  I don't even know how to put that stuff on my tv but I know I can.  I'm pretty certain I have muffled hearing in my right ear now since the brain drain but mostly I don't notice it.

The show was OK and at least we saw some people that they haven't really showcased.  Thursdays in the future will be master class which is good, but oddly I didn't want to see Maggie Beer on the show again.

You are right about some being showcased, almost for the first time j*oono.  I did not look at it from that perspective.

In spite of the fact that I've missed so much of the show tonight it's still good.  Chorizo!  The only thing I would have thought of is paella and pizza.  Hardly winners.

I've never seen paramedics being brought in to revive a contestant before.

News.com has already shown a story from Nick today so why ruin it for watchers?  Contestants can't do interviews while they are still in the competition.

That was a huge challenge tonight but didn't they do a fantastic job!

No paper or pens to write down measurements of some fairly complex dishes arrrrrrgh

They all did really well I thought

They did do well.  

I really like the girl that is also a model.  She has great leadership skills I think.  I'm still hopeless at the names so far.
