Great result on Thursday night!

I saw that Jamie has been appointed head chef in a new Sydney restaurant!  I felt a bit guilty disliking him so much - glad he found something that enables him to pursue his passion for cooking.

Looking forward to the next episode - bet the final will come down to the two girls.

Really?? Head chef? No apprenticeship nothing? just 12 weeks on a tv show? that's just ridicules!
He's in for a very rough time, no chef would listen to him he would be treated with disdain and I think he should be! Plus their is so much more to being a head chef than cooking! Menu planning, ordering and staff control, health and safety to name a few, all these things are taught during an apprenticeship! Sorry but I don't think he's earned his stripes!

OMG I've worked in kitchens where the chefs would chew him up and spit him on the floor!
My mother is a baker/chef and if I told her this she would go absolutely TROPPO!! Lol
