YAY! I love this show. Glad it's back. I watch almost religiously and cook a lot of the dishes they show on Friday nights.
I feel a bit bilious when I hear how some of them pronounce "pasta". Every time I hear one of them say /pusta/ I think of a disgusting open sore. I prefer /parsta/ to /pusta/.
Would you like some pus on your fettuccine Madam?

PaSSta.
I didn't refer to PASS-ta. I dislike that one too. It's the /pusta/ I cannot stand. Pus pus pus. YUCK!
/parsta/ TICK
/passta/ (like the Americans say it) TICK
/pusta/ get me a bucket! BLERK.

It's Pa (as in Italian papa) and stir as in stir the pot but without the r on the end. A short stir.
