Masterchef 2015

OMG, that John is soooo frustrating.

He doesn't listen and then still doesn't listen and smiles.  pulling-hair.gif

Re: Masterchef 2015

I'm glad others are enjoying the show too.  I'll be two hours behind most of you when a show is on.

I felt sorry for John tonight because he felt so bad about what he did and he's really tried so hard in this weeks competition.  Last night he seemed to come good and tonight he really messed up.  Poor Georgia.  Not my favourite contestant but she did so well tonight.

My favourite is Ashleigh and I also like Fiona and a couple of others.  Rey is fantastic.

Re: Masterchef 2015

Thanks for letting me know re time difference j*oono, I wont post spoilers!

I felt sorry for John too, but still cant work out why he would do that..it was a group challenge.

If it wasnt for Georgia, the team wouldnt have had a dish to test, it was tense watching..

Re: Masterchef 2015

Oh dear, Jarrod is going home and he was the one that very cleverly created the simple mussel broth to see their team through in which John totally changed the dish.

Such a shame, I was waiting and hoping John would step forward to say he will voluntarily leave in place of Jarrod, but it didn't happen.

We don't get see the brilliance of Jarrod and I don't think John has it in him.

John may have ideas, but doesn't execute them to great dishes.

I feel like macaroni and cheese. Smiley Very Happy

Re: Masterchef 2015

I thought channel 10 had stuffed up tonight because Georgia appeared on the Project show.  Normally they don't appear until after they have been eliminated.  Still wondering about that.

John is pretty hit and miss.  I'm hoping he will come through and he just had a bad week.

I'm very happy that Fiona stayed as she is one of my favourites.

I see what you mean about macaroni cheese.  I want to try the lot.  The 2 sweet treats at the end looked amazing and the apple tart.   Yummo.

Re: Masterchef 2015

Ive only had time to watch until cooking the mac'n'cheese..mmm it did look good.

Poor Jarrod- I really felt for him last night- its brutal, isnt it?

I think I would have voted his dish over Fionas- eewww I just cant stand the thought of that pastry...I like her, but I think she needs to up her game..of all the things to cook with that amazing open pantry she chooses a chicken pie, and then doesnt get the pastry right? What was with the couple of brussel sprout leaves put on the top of the pie, whilst waiting for it to cook. Sorry, sounds harsh, but the theme wasnt 'cooking for a nanna' no offence to nannas everywhere...lol
