Ok I still have to say I have never seen such a stupid arrest, you put them on the gorund hands behind back and handcuff.

The women cop just did nothing to help and as I have said never seen a arrest apart from America where you hold a person by the neck

Ok the girl was a drama Queen but the cops looked like the old Keystone cops
