Hi there Greencat and others who may pop in.
I have been trying to "turn off moroseness" this week. I've flung the mask into a dark corner. Washed all the lounging-around garb and put it away into the depths of the 'robe. Don't want to find it too soon or have it easily accessible.
Been a bit physical with my garden delight/fright episode.
Done a bit of storytelling; and family-history-recording.
Wanted to wake anybody/everybody up to witness a special moonlight phenonomen at 3.30am Tuesday. Am I the only lucky one to have witnessed a very wide clear ring around the moon within a hazy night sky?
Reading...........F. Scott Fitzgerald...The Crack Up. ("He consciously saw himself as the pacemaker in a manic depressive age - 1930's). I am finding it interesting. I am always amazed how authors "arrange words".
Daughter is doing well according to her voice on the phone. Is now a key-holder for the retail store in which she works. May get up to see her this week.
All in all, this warm weather and being outdoors has been positive.
Keeping the awareness.

I've been finding it hard to shake the lingering darkness but today I was finally able to catch up on some housework. I stopped thinking about all that I had to do and just did it. Taking the power away from the thought. I've caught up on a lot sleep, too, which has helped a lot. Bluecat's helpline has been running hot but I had a break from that for a couple of days so I am feeling a bit recharged and ready to get through the next couple weeks. I hope.
I hope that all are doing well.

lloyd and bluecat -
I really want to say something to make everything better, but failing that, I hope knowing that others here listen and feel and want to help (even when we have no idea how to) makes you feel a little less alone., and a little loved.
and teeny -

Love your juggling care bear, Greencat. And acknowledgement of the plight in which we may find ourselves is always welcomed by me; and others too I'm sure. What a nice person you are.
Good to see you around teeny. Can't quite work out what you meant in regard to your "FB comment.....
And a social life? What's that? I have been socializing with nature's creatures in the wilds of my backyard. Easier to cope with, sometimes, than humans And no high-heels, glad rags or lippy colour to contemplate.
Hope your DD's small step-by-steps are proving beneficial.

FB comment was just morose, ie everyone else has life and love going on.
I have no social life either,,but to my way of thinking People suck and are idiots a lot of the time
Sadly DD is hard core self destruct.
