Has anyone seen Pepe around? I posted to her that I would put a picture of the felt candle/s I was making here a couple of weeks ago but things went a little askew ...; 
This is a picture from the internet of the candles I was supposed to be making from the same pattern. It almost worked, however, I modified the pattern and ended up with what looked suspiciously like a kransky sausage on steroids!
To make it worse, the LED light didn't fit even though I measured it so carefully (minus the seam allowances of course ... so of course it didn't fit did it???) ... there are not enough hours in the day!
Second time around looked even sillier, so I no longer shall make many felt candles ever again!
Meanwhile, at least the cake decorations worked, they scoffed the lot!
Ooops, sorry Stawks, forgot the picture. This isn't what I made, but it's the same pattern .. it's how what I made was supposed to look.
Mine ended up looking best described as, well um, rude ...
