Exactly Kilroy. Why have a decent woman's reputation damaged with threads like this.

I actually watched it and she made an analogy that gays can't change the way they love so paedophiles can't change the way they love either or words to that effect.
She should not have brought gays into the equation, why did she? she should have made no comparison at all, because there is no comaprison to abusing little children and being gay.
The other presenters knew immediately that she'd blundered but quickly skimmed past it, maybe it would have been better if they had asked her to quantify her comments.
Maybe she didn't mean to do this but she made the analogy and should not have, it's a childish mistake and one she should never have made seeing how she earns living.

No. I prefer to refrain from basing my opinion on the opinions of others.
Hello? But isn't that what you have actually done lol?
Sheesh - where do these people come from???
LOL- I have no idea who Mia Freedman is, nor have I read anything written by her. There's times when I form an opinion based on absolutely nothing.
...and in conclusion- she shouldn't be comparing gay people to pedophiles...
I totally agree with you.

It's called righteous indignation, Joono. It can drive some people into an absolute frenzy.
