A wind up was my initial impression 2 weeks ago.

I'd advise a break, read the rules, wait for some maturity (maybe 50 years?), then return.

 Well I was thinking next March when I head back to the UK to live. But then I reconsidered. I've had mental health issues for ages so it'll probably be a lot sooner.
