Provided it isn't the garbage that sounds like it was written on the back of a cereal box.

But here's a quote that has stayed in my mind.  It's from the medical TV series House.

In reply to being reminded: "There is no 'I' in TEAM'."

Dr House's answer was: "But there's a 'ME' in there if you mix up the letters."

Classic.
