My muesli:
quick oats + wheatgerm + oat bran
shreaded cocconut
dried currants
dried apricots
dried figs
roughly chopped whole almonds, hazelnuts & pecans
I just mix it all together and keep it in airtight glass container
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
To eat it you can dribble bit of boiling water over it, or put some canned fruit (peaches, pears or apricots with bit of the nectar) and then put plain yogurt on it. Most of the time I just put the plain yogurt.
I do not put any sugar on it, but people who need sugar can.
Also other dried fruit like sultanas can be used - for me they make it too sweet.
Or any nuts, like wallnuts but I prefer the pecan nuts.
Hope I did not forget anything ๐

I am hopeless with quantities. I guess I would do bit less than 1/2 cereal and bit more than half all the fruit & nuts. I am not sure how much will your guest eat? I would probably get about 2-3kg of the oats and then get the packets of the fruit and nuts so it would be about the same volume as the oats.

Oh, and you can also put some fresh fruit on top; bananas, strawberries, blueberries
