This thread is dedicated to my Mother and her recovery.
On Monday the 4th June 2007, while holidaying in the UK with my Father, my Mother was struck by a van while crossing the road.
Mum spent 88 days in various UK hospitals before finally being brought home back to Australia on the 30th August 2007.
She is currently in The John Whittle Nursing Facility with brain damage
I have set up this thread to keep you all updated on her condition and her improvements and hopefully one day, Mum will be able to read it.

Hi, yes, my family spoilt me today.
Still had a big cry in my room this morning, thinking about Mum.
I did write my thoughts down but will keep them private.
Hopefully this will be her last Mothers Day ๐
i said some things to dad last night that he did not want to hear.
It did not go well.
Im so angry at him. I am SO ANGRY AT EVERYTHING
Cant stop crying but also want to punch something
Dads garage got broken into last night. They cleaned it out of every electric tool he had.
While i was waiting to talk to the polics, my sister went up to sit with Mum.
She says Mum didnt respond to her or anything and just sat for 2 hours staring at the wall
Dads break in made the front page of the Dubbo Liberal paper
