My day

After several hours during the week clearing and cleaning up a messy garden my day started like this before and after 002.JPG

Re: My day

Everything crossed for your boy Katy, I am sure he will be fine, it's a pain when they have to study subjects they find difficult.

Freddie, that's the prob with renos, you do one thing and it makes everything else look "daggy"

Pimpy, I know the feeling re choosing colours, I have little swatches stuck every where, trying to decide what I like, far too many choices these days.

I hate painting. It was kinda fun on the first wall, but after that, bleh. And I'm hopeless at choosing colours, takes me forever

Pimpy, if I decided to go it myself I would need to send Mr F away for a week. No way would we still be living under the same roof if it was WE will paint.

Re: My day

Not a lot acheived here today, I am still battling this virus, will give it a cpl more days, if ther eis no improvement then back to the doc I think.    Hubs cooked a lovely roast chicken with heaps of roast veggies, which I throughly enjoyed ๐Ÿ™‚  The weather here has been foul, so far better to stay indoor and rest..

Sounds like it "safer" to empoly a painter Freddie lol   .... Have you decided on colours?, there so many choices around these days.

Re: My day

Might depend on the aspect of the room Freddie ..... Are you going to paint the timber as well?

No I like the look of the timber, I have given the window sill in the kitchen a brighten up with some scadinavian oil it came up well.

Re: My day

My suggestion is to get a whole pile of colour swatches in the colours you are considering, pin them onto the wall and leave them there for a week or so. I found this worked for me and it gives you a better idea how the colour will look in the day/night.  I am no expert but I have found this is/has worked for me.
