After several hours during the week clearing and cleaning up a messy garden my day started like this

Turn the coffee table - so that it runs the length of the rug.

The coffee table that way runs with the TV unit and will be replaced with an oval rug.

Forgot about the wall lights.

I don't want to ruffle a roosters feathers and not forgetting it is your home, however, I would still consider highlighting your parents cabinet.  Don't hide it.

Your other plans sound good.  

I'm off to Bunnings today for a new straw-type broom and .....something else????  It will jump out and say BUY ME.

Strawberries are looking good Bushie.  

And I do like pikelets, more than scones actually.  My old MIL used to make pikelets with crushed pineapple in the ingredients - stayed moist longer, and no need for toppings.

Warm and windy so not such a good day for the hayfever sufferers.  Miss nearly 11 is getting organized for some sewing. A witches outfit? 

Not as sore as I thought I would be this morning,  maybe I am fitter than I thought lol

Getting ready to go collecting firewood, then off to the "big smoke" to do some shopping, that will take care of  the morning lol ...... I am hoping get some bark on the courtyard garden this afternoon, will see what happens ....... Have a good day everyone 🙂

Deb ALL suggestions are wanted and thanked for their contribution, it's not only helping me but others who poke their nose in here.

I'm ironing at the mo, then after lunch off to see the princess for the TLC day, hair rinse and a buzz around the little farm at the home in her fast red wheel chair.

Just got back from my walk and boy its hot out there today. Managed to get through the weekend so far without a single alcoholic drink, not that I'm a big drinker but a couple of wines on a Friday and Saturday night seems to be my downfall when it comes to weight. If I drink, I eat.

Now I'm gonna head off to the market, maybe buy some vege seedlings. Havent used the vege garden for a couple of years, time to get back into it.

It was! and now I am going out, have covered the pool as the neighbour has a tree lopper in, to remove 2 massive gum trees, right near my double garage. It is nerve wracking for me.

i have a lot of fun with interior

decorating so do get a bit excited

hold off with that cream  crochet

table runner until you get the rug -

work around it - see how it looks

together with the cushions - then

complete the look with a table runner  -

choose the right texture as well

details details details - don't have to

be expensive at all but make such a

difference.
