After several hours during the week clearing and cleaning up a messy garden my day started like this

It's amazing what a little paint can do Tas 🙂  This is my next project, just have to wait until I can get to the "big smoke" and buy some more paint.   If you want some more inspiration, checkout  Carousel Creations on fb, I love what she does with some of her old furniture 🙂

Wizard of Oz shoes Amber.  I was visiting my cousin who works in the Life Line op shop yesterday and tried on these shoes - the heels must have been 6 inches high and the soles 2 inches.  If I tried to wear them, I would break my neck but they made me look slimmer - that's my problem, not overweight, just too short .

Sandy, it was Master's and NO they didn't ring, so I called them "Oh I called and left a message on your answering machine" .....""oh no you didn't, i've been at home all day and i'm sitting in front of my answering machine and there are NO messages recorded"" anyway what have you got to tell me regarding my shower screen?? "They are very busy and it won't be here until 20th"" wonderful, I was told it would be here ready for the builder to start work on Monday""  So looks like we will be a week later starting.

What a nuisance and how frustrating Freddie ...     I feel your pain as we had several delays with our renovations, very annoying.  Hopefully, they'll get their act together for you and it will all be sorted out sooner rather than later.    I've been following your progress and your house is gorgeous, what great taste you have in colour and texture/design xx

Had I booked a serious builder to do the job I would be livid i'm sure my painterman/builder won't mind a week later. Hopefully he won't be booked to do other work, I will call him tomorrow night and let him know, he's away until then.

I will give Carpet Craft until Tuesday.
