Sounds lovely Katy I must give that a go I have a sushi roller thingo.

I have a yummy dipping sauce I bought from Woolworths it's a Poonsin Vietnamese dipping sauce for spring rolls.

I think I have the same sauce, Freddie ... had that the other day with Vietnamese spring rolls. It's the one with the little bits of carrot in? Almost drinkable, isn't it?

Almost afternoon of course, but as usual, I'm racing the clock so I can be finished working and do more Christmas craft and sewing this afternoon.

Taking all the gardening ideas and tips here and will get out in the garden and plant some potted colour.  It's all coming together ... ... next step ... vegie seedlings.

Wish I was brave enough to plant roses again though.  The last lot collapsed, not a petal to be seen ..

Freddie, I think I could make a nice cocktail out of the Vietnamese dipping sauce and some Chinese cooking wine ... but perhaps it's better not to 😉
