My day

After several hours during the week clearing and cleaning up a messy garden my day started like this before and after 002.JPG

Re: My day

Katy, I've been making a Christmas Village setup and also banners (think you call it 'bunting').  Still a bit more to do.  We're having an annual gathering in early December and I'd like to decorate the new music room with what I've made myself, and with help of my craft friends.  Not much left to do now.

We put one of the white Christmas trees up last night ...  Smiley Embarassed, a bit early but it's going to take some time to get everything prepared.

Re: My day

Errrrrrrrrggggggggg. I do believe I have a virus of some sorts. Sire throat, sore ears, sore head, runny nose and generally feel pretty under the weather. I do need to go to the supermarket at some point today to buy food and drinks for tomorrow. I'd much rather go back to bed.

Otherwise, I'm good. lol

Re: My day

I love the various Asian sauces that are now so readily available ....When I first started cooking Asian ( mostly Chinese ), I remember how difficult it used to be to obtain them, I used to have to travel to China town just to buy a bottle of Oyster Sauce.

Re: My day

On the whole roses are easy to grow, but I do think they thrive better in certain soils/areas/climates etc. Perhaps some baby roses in pots ( I bought one this morning, will take a pic and show you ( not saying you don't know what a baby rose is lol )

Re: My day

Thanks, Tas and Bushie. I think I allowed myself to get a bit run down. I haven't been physically sick in ages so I really shouldn't complain too much. Complaining can be therapuetic, though.Woman LOL

It isn't finished yet, still a couple of smaller houses to go, and I might even try to make a maypole for the centre.
