After several hours during the week clearing and cleaning up a messy garden my day started like this

My cousin has given him a good man to man chat about taking care of himself as well as those he's looking after.

I spent part of the day yesterday enjoying aircon in shops, too. It was a hot evening so curtailed the normally long walk.
next few days will be pleasantly wintry 20s in comparison. Time to get the weeds up. Hubby has been very nice and mowed the lawn...weeding next...no excuses as the weather is perfect 🙂

Quite pleasant here today, a few cooler days ahead, really could use some rain the grass is starting to brown off already. I agree it's great weather for gardening but NOT for weeding lol

dawau - I hope to buy some more herb plants at the market on Sunday.. only have basil and parsley so far.
freddie: When he calls i'm going to ask for a letter of apology in which they admit their error along with the name of any debt collection agency they have contacted in regards to this matter, together with a copy of the letter they have sent to the Debt collection agency admitting their error.
There really should be some sort of RE Ombudsman for Property Managers. Very poor form if they have sent your non debt to a debt collection agency.
I had trouble with electricity bill when I moved house last, the first one they sent was inaccurate in their favour, which they agreed it was. They never sent a new accurate one in over 5 months. A debt collector called me then. I put in a claim with the Energy & Water Ombudsman and it was all fixed in a week. I requested my bill be wiped as they never sent a correct one, and it was.
The RE Property managers just do what they like really and there is no independent body to put in claims about their behaviour. There is the Tenancy Tribunal but that is more to do with repairs/unpaid rent.
Its blowing a gale here (Sth Coast, NSW).. the sklyight thing in the hall ceiling (perspex) starts flapping around when there are high winds, it cracked and fell out and smashed last year in a gale.

whomwould be so crass as to discuss avo's with strNgers?
in my view, if you have an avo against someone that was posting on this thead first, one has to wonder why you jumped in if you are fearful of the other person??

Also know someone involved with it too. Guess the chances are huge considering the numbers employed in one role or another.

Just cutting back the trees or a full removal?
The bottle brush bushes here need a drastic prune, but they are hiding from my view a lot of cream colorbond fences and am reluctant. I might try cutting back every alternate branch this year and then the others later on. Will have to think on it.

twinkles - about your photo query. How do you post the photos on CS.. with a laptop/computer or an ipad? An ipad makes them appear upside down to viewers of posts sometimes, when it shows right way up to the person posting the photo.
I noticed on the Photo thread last week one of yours appeared upside down on my computer, but when at other times I viewed that thread on my ipad the same photo was the right way up.
For your information if you don't already know this... you can change the size of your photos in the drop down box when selecting a photo.. there is choice of small, medium, large and full size. The default setting is full size.
Full size is a bit large for most viewers, it takes up more than one screen to see the whole photo and the impact is lost as you have to scroll down to see the lower portion of the photo, especially in the photo thread. I think most posters use the large size for the photo thread.
