I agree re the cracks in the walls, it isn't just shoddy workmanship, earthworks or similar, maybe get onto council and ask them to come and look, as well as your insurer.

that's our second bathroom. I have some work to do in there, we housed some feral kittens in there and they scratched the vanity, so I have to sand it back and re finish it, the blind got wet when it rained, I have to fix that too

we did this one in green and white with floor tiles to mathc our main bathroom

we have a corner shower in there but no screen yet

don't laugh but hubby keeps his motorbike gear in that shower atm
