After several hours during the week clearing and cleaning up a messy garden my day started like this

Good morning. I hope you don't mind if I just pop in here for a while. It's so depressing out there at the moment 😞

OH is going away this morning for a few days to visit his parents so I'm on Christmas prep duties on my own. I'll probably get more done that way anyway hahaha. Not that there's much left to do now. Just get the house cleaned and ready for the descending hoards.

Christmas get's a bit crazy at times far too much rushing stressing and worrying about gifts, food, cleaning and stressing when we really should just sit back and let it all happen It's time to kick off the shoes and share the love, toss back a few cold ones, laugh and relax.

I'm looking forward to when my kids have families of their own and I can just sit back and be the nanna getting in the way 🙂

Morning everyone, is it cold where other are? It's darn freezin' here, I'm sitting in the "sun" room with the a/c going full blast on HOT, unbelievable weather for Dec. 

Lurker you are more than welcome, the more the merrier 🙂

This morning I have a squillion groceries to put away, yes, I was lazy yesterday, I came home wet, cold and and tired, too one look at all the grocery bags and thought, nah!, the cold stuff went into the fringe/freezer and that was it.

Another busy day here, painting almost done and organising Christmas. I still haven't shopped or wrapped gifts. We had another massive storm last night too, so lots of garden clean up to do.

Debra Yesterday I looked at repro Victoria bathroom tiles, some of them are gorgeous, saw one I really like for my bathroom walls, now just have to decide which floor tiles would match. 

Freddie still trying to decide whether to get a frameless shower screen or not

there are some nice tilkes around Bushies, it's always fun looking

I think the frameless screens are great because they make a room look bigger

The only hesitation I have re a frameless screens is the water leakage onto the floor which apparently doesnt happen as much with the framed one ..... decisions, decisions  .....  Won't be happening until the slab has been replaced and the slate tiles ripped up, just trying to get ideas together atm.
