Freddie they are corellas,I thought they were sulphur cresteds at first, there are 1000's of them around atm and also galahs everywhere, the noise is deafening at times. Sorry I thought I answered you before Miss Meggie is a jrt x, she will be 15 in April, the hounds love her to bits.

Lovely day despite the sore throat which is now on the mend thankfully. My girls both had the same ..... but thankfully the children were well.
Fabulous dinner, yummy trifle, all cleaned up and ready for sleep ๐ Lego was popular this year so a lounge full of colourful blocks....horse stables planes shopping mall. And some takes batteries!

Merry Christmas to all the lovely Dayers
We had a wonderful day, with a few hiccups! DYD was in charge of cooking, and started off really well, only to find that the oven was just not working properly She looked so devastated, we were all trying to come up with some way of doing the pork roast and turdukin... then I thought of the barbeque!
(thank goodness it is one with a hood - and that OH brought it down earlier in the week!)
So it was fired up, and everything transferred there.
Dinner was fantastic!! Too much food, great company and good times had by all.... a few wines and I had to have a nanna nap LOL!
(And we had a HUGE thunderstorm Freddie!)
Tomorrow DYS is taking us to Doyles at Watsons Bay for lunch!
I hope everyone got to enjoy there day as much as I did.

Good morning aps - everyone.
We had a wonderful day yesterday and ate far too much - but didn't eat dinner last night.
Today we have our daughter's birthday bbq so off we go again. That is also going to be on our son's patio for lunch and I have to take the food for 12 people. I made the potato salad last night and decorated the birthday cake so just have to prepare some more salads and cream some cream puffs. Frank can look after the meat.
It sounds like everyone spent their Christmas Day how they liked yesterday and had a good one. Recovery day today - too much food yesterday but is was yummy.
Off to get organised then walk - I should walk triple today but haven't got time.
Enjoy your Boxing Day all.
