After several hours during the week clearing and cleaning up a messy garden my day started like this before and after 002.JPG

B3 are you moving to Sydney? Woman Surprised

Not Sydney  Freddie - further south at Albion Park. We lived there for about 8 years and built a house there, then OH (the rolling stone Smiley Indifferent ) took a job back here again.... No doubt we will end up moving yet again, we never seem to stay anywhere longer than about the 8 year mark....

I live about 10-15 minutes south of there at Kiama.... you can't get away from CS'ersWoman Very Happy

Re: My day

Lovely pic of your dad Freddie, he has such a kind looking face

Freddie I like the taste of home made/grown anything, mass produced "stuff" just has no taste these days.

Stunning evening here, we have been sitting out the front on the verandah listening to the sounds of silence

Re: My day

Good morning all.

The yellow glow of the sunrise is just appearing on the horizon while the sky above is still dark blue but crystal clear,

only the brightest stars still visible.

It's going to be a glorious one again today.

Hope you all have a good one.

Re: My day

Congratulates freddie for making the BIG effort this morning.

I need to lose some weight, wont say how much, but it's a fair amount, I have been lazy re my eating over the past few yrs due to stress etc. So Fri is the start of my healthy eating/losing weight plan, I am planning to do it slowly a kilo at a time and hopefully by this time next year I will be the weight I wish to be

Re: My day

Good morning all.

Love your photos B3. The food looks amaze-balls. We are about 3.5 hours further south than Albion Park. You're moving in the right direction ๐Ÿ˜› I think the south coast has it all over North of Sydney, but I am biased ๐Ÿ™‚
Your dad looks lovely freddie. My parents divorced when I was little so I didn't know my father, but I did have the most amazing step father from when I was 15 until 5 years ago.
Garden fesh veges yuummmm. OH keeps saying he is going to put in a vege garden but nothing ever comes of it we have the perfect North facing, sheltered, sunny spot but we are both too busy (read lazy) or unskilled to do anything about it lol

I've had a busy few days. We still have a house full of family/visitors. We played bare foot bowls yesterday arvo. I was hopeless! Good fun though. The "lads" went fishing yesterday morning and caught a couple of flathead, not enough to feed the hoards though I'm afraid ๐Ÿ˜ž
Off to breakfast soon at our favourite cafe on the inlet. Eggs Benny here I come ๐Ÿ™‚

Re: My day

I was walking for 1hr every morning until these reno's started, I feel so much better if I get up and get moving each morning, it's so easy to gain weight I need to be consistent and controlled otherwise I gain weight so easy. So today is my start back into weight loss and exercise.
