Lurker - would you mind posting the recipe or a link to the Quinoa and snow pea salad please? I want to try some more salads with Quinoa in them.

I made this one at Christmas which was nice - Quinoa, pumpkin and broad bean salad - tastedotcomdotau

I used green beans instead of broad beans. Couldn't find any watercress so used baby spinach leaves. Used ordinary Feta, not marinated. Left out the radishes . Fairly expensive to start with buying the quinoa and dukkah.

I have been trying to find bigger pots to put my mint plants in (don't want them in the garden as they are invasive, and pots they are in now are too small). Bunnings sold out of  all sizes in the plain green cheaper ones. Found some in Reject Shop today.

Dinner here will be cold chicken and salad or go out for a burger. Weather will be the decider.

Amber that hotter than here, just checked the ouside weather station it's reading 32 atm and the wind has dropped to almost nothing. I was just checking the Vic bushfire site, quite a few firea in our general area but all watch and act atm, will be keeping an eye on it. Packed the hounds emergency bags today, we are in no dager at all atm but one can never be too careful imo

Freddie, I am loving wearing heels again after all those months of Dunlop Volleys. About once a week at the most though 🙂
