I've been busy sorting out the guest room. I used my circular saw for the first time[easy] to shorten the bed slats and today, I will be cleaning up the sawdust, now that it has settled, and make up the spare bed. Slowly - very slowly- this house is being sorted out. A handyman from the Grey Army will be here on Saturday to fix that leaky tap. I'll hav eto watch what he does to loosen that stubborn tap bonnet.
I bought the dog a new bed, which one of the cats think is pretty comfortable. The same cat has also figured out how to open the cupboard where their dry food is stored. So, I'll need to move to another location, or, get a cat-proof container. Another of my brats has decided that bunches of grapes belong on the floor and has been "capturing" them, dragging them onto the floor, individual grapes removed from the stalks and then chased around the loungeroom. Never a dull moment here!
I know that I should read back over the posts that I have missed but that will have to wait until later. [Waves to the not-so-new newbie]

Blue, loved reading about what your feline was doing to the grapes!
I had the Real estate bloke around today taking pics..... and my blurdy cat kept putting herself into every internal shot!
When he was taking multiple angle shots in the lounge / dining toom (L shaped) she was zooming back and forth to wherever he was looking! Crazy animal... it will look like there are a whooolllle bunch of cats in the house *sigh*
I'm heading back south tomorrow for more painting Soooo much still to do.
But the good news is I have the makings of my walk in pantry up and running, and the side fence / gates have been mostly replaced Now we just have to get this place sold....
Took me FOREVER to find the boards tonight - then it was apost on f/b that lead me here. Looks like ebay don't want newbies finding the boards now. ( I didn't have a link saved for it, might have to do that now)
Not sure who our newbie poster is??

Morning all xxx
Did someone say circular saws? I've just bought Mr. Tasfleur one of those and you would think it was Christmas again ... Suddenly, lots of new shelves going up and all sorts of interesting things being built, it's just lovely!

LOL. B3, the real estate pics could end up at this site. http://terriblerealestateagentphotos.com/
Tas, I have all these ideas about what I can make now that I have a circular saw. Next on my power tool list will be a jigsaw.
Today, I must get some petrol for the lawn mower and mow the nature strip before search parties are called in to find people who were last seen walking past.......
I hope that everyone is have a lovely and productive day.

morning all
B3 I had a 3 year old just like that, the photographer was killing himself laughing while he kept trying to re-shoot photos, this little boy was definitely not camera shy and went to great lenghts to be seen in the photos.... we did sell that house
using a circular saw Blue?? you're good, I'd be too scared I'd cut something the wrong way
on 30-01-2015 10:46 AM
I've cut things wrongly with a hand saw. Bluecat will just be able to do it quicker
A little note, allow for the width of the saw blade when measuring (twice) before cutting.
