After several hours during the week clearing and cleaning up a messy garden my day started like this before and after 002.JPG

Lovely breeze blowing here as well Freddie, pleased you are feeling a bit better, I never eat cherries, not that I dont like them, I just never buy them, maybe it's time to start.

BC you are really powering now, nothing like a good cleanup to brighten your spirits and help yuo to feel less stressed  *** wonders where BC's washers were hiding***

Great that you are also feeling a bit better Sandy, hopefully you new medication will help as well

BBQ lunch was delish, I made some coleslaw and potato salad to go with it and there is plenty left for tomorrow's lunch as well.  Not much happening in the bushie house hold, we have taken Jan off from the reno's so just taking it easy atm.  In Feb we are back into it, painting, painting, painting until all the interior is finished.

Same here Freddie .. Summer has been very slow to start down here, so hopefully it wont drag on. I dont mind the warmer weather prefer it to the cold, but not the 40 degree days lol. It's very dry heat here, the humidity is usually low, which suits me just fine.

Great pic DEB ๐Ÿ™‚

We get very high humidity here, it's a killer at times. I prefer the cold, my theory is you can always get warm but not always keep cool.

I was just watching an interview with Pat Rafter on the ABC what a lovely guy, such a gentle no fuss humble person. I truly worthy Australian of the year back in 2002.

Hello all, veal schnitzel and salad for dinner was very nice. I had an abundance of over ripe bananas thanks Princess Woman Indifferent I wish she would only take what she can eat *naughty girl* so I made banana and ginger muffins today. I will take some out to the Princess and her young mates, i'm a bit worried about her best mate she's failing quickly I fear she hasn't long with us.

Good to see everyone is behaving, we had a much cooler day today and oddly my puffy hands are good at the moment.

I was watching Annabel Crabb interview Bob Hawke on the ABC a few days ago he made reference to cherries being a miracle cure for arthritis and said he has canned cherries on his cereal every morning. I had also heard of it being a cure for gout, so I have started having some cherries for breakfast to see how the fingers and feet react. All going well I might be walking on water soon Smiley Surprised

I have the most beautiful breeze blowing in my window heaven!

It's funny you say that because I got a couple of kilos of cherries New Years Day and shared them around a few friends. One was very grateful because he had gout playing up and had heard that cherries are a big help. He phoned me a few days later to tell me that he had not had a gout pain since eating the cherries.  I should have got 5 kilos  ๐Ÿ˜„  they were all gone within 2 days  :D:D

My day

Busy, busy, people to see, things to do.  Birds to watch.  Catching up on reading.  Napping.  Watched a couple of bursts of misty rain. Sun came out. Humidity.  Fan on full blast.  Now waiting for a sea breeze.

I reckon the hottest day of the year, is the day kids go back to school at the beginning of the year.

Another little poke around and I'm ofta bed.

Thanks glee, yes I heard about cherries for gout years ago and it wasn't until the interview with Bob and his words reminded me, so I got Mr F to get a can of cherries whilst he was out at the shops today. I'll be running in the next local marathon after a few weeks on the cherries Woman LOL
