It was really nice. I'm not very good at quantities so either I was too heavy handed with the lemon or the recipe could do with a bit less. It was a tiny bit too tangy for me but M really liked it. I followed the instructions to make it in advance and the mushrooms had certainly absorbed the flavours of the dressing. I think it's a keeper.

Yeah, the quinoa is expensive, but you don't use much each time so it's probably not that bad so long as you use it all up over time.

Must check out the next "shoe thread" and take a peek at Amber's shoe collection   ..... I own one pair of shoes for winter and pair for summer, plus a cpl if pairs thongs, so my shoe rack is kinda empty lol

Brilliant thunder storms here for the past hour, losta thunder and lightning and heaps of lovely rain, been sitting outside watching it all happen, the air is so lovely and fresh outside now.

Dinner will be what we find in the fridge lol
