After several hours during the week clearing and cleaning up a messy garden my day started like this

Beautiful day and off to a great start, as I had the pleasure of taking my gorgeous 8 yo grand daughter to school! Now for some sewing and then I have to ice a cake for my niece's 15th birthday....... she wants a minion cake. I had thought about a wafer/rice paper pic but she looked disappointed, lol, I am not a cake decorator!

So, a sitting minion (and a backup flat cake with a minion pic) I did decide to make buttercream icing but also found some prerolled black fondant for his feet and hands.

  I had to google "minion".   You are cleverer (is that a word?) than I am if you can do that.

Don't you sometimes regret giving them a choice of what they want Az?

It is so much easier when you can make a cake of your choice for an easily impressed toddler or preschooler.

lol, certainly do regret it! but she has had a tough year so it might make a difference so I am happy to try. I will post a pic, whether it works or not!

So sorry to hear about your lovely dog and what has happened to his ear Bushie .... , glad he's making a full recovery though, thank goodness for the Vet.

Thanks Tas, Tiger is home safe and sound, still very groggy, doesnt want to know us atm ..... large hole in my bank balance as well
