Need advice please. The yellow definately has to go and the gutters are peeling. Would like to paint
them a new colour, currently mission brown.

just coz youre a designer dont mean you have an eye for color too

Don't know what your qualifications are, but I'd consider it if painted grey/slate.

I would go all out flouro! And do like flouro colour splats on the garage door 🙂

I think everyone is suggesting the same, keep it simple and clean looking, not many colours. 🙂
about as far as i'd go would be a hint of black as the 3rd color on the window frames, thats about it
hehe L*T, somebody put up picture here of a painted garage door - a womans face i think, looked pretty good!

I'd get the roof painted in slate. Mission brown was the pits.

I had a lovely little house and I painted it white with green trims. I had to sell the house shortly after I redecorated it. Within months, the new owner had painted it in (what I thought were) horrible drab shades of grey.
So, I'd suggest getting a quote to have it painted and say you'll throw in that amount to have it painted in the buyer's choice of colours.
