Neighbour problems how to handle them in a way that lasts.

I have had problems with this neighbour forever 30 years.

?

First problem she asked to share our TV antenna and add a thing to get more channels, we said yes and for 2 months it worked fine then we go no reception at all, she had disconnected the antenna from our house and moved it to the other side of hers, I asked for it to be returned to our house the way it was in the first place.

They bought it back alright and just dumped it on our front lawn.

?

Next problem my teenage daughter decided she wanted to leave home because I was too strict to allow her out after10pm when she was 16, she needed money to do this so she asked the neighbour to tell centerlink

that she was an abused child, the neighbour did this causing me no ends of problems.

?

Now after 20 years have passed and we should all be settled I got a leak in the ceiling caused because she has her stink pipe on our roof been there for years without my noticing this, anyway I got this fixed at our expense $1500 and asked her to get her pipe onto her own roof.

?

So this new problem could be retaliation but in the last month 4 times we have had her grandkids throw orange peels and bits of orange over the fence all over our yard and in the spa.

?

We have let it go but my husband is too old to be picking all this stuff up if it continues, how is the best way to handle this?

?

I really don't feel like going through a third generation thing with grandkids. ?

Best way to handle this is to build a compost heap right next to the fence and thank your neighbour for his contribution.
