New ID brings back all the old posts

I thought there was something wrong when I saw all these old posts first up then I saw a new ID had spam replied to them all.

I don't understand these things . Could someone post here from a phone ...and just keep buying cheap sim cards ?

wouldn't those dongle things be hard to track too ?
