Has a few drinks, runs into a cyclist, blows over the limit.
Is she fit to hold this office and pass judgement on others ? Or was it an aberration and she should be able to continue her (up until now) unblemished career ?
What do we expect of our judiciary ? That they be perfect people, free from sin ?

I don't think that it is too much to expect our Judiciary to abide by the law.

In his case it was a hit and run which makes him an unfit person.
No one else loses their job because they have been caught drink driving unless their job is driving.
I am sure she will feel the full extent of the law and possibly be more compassionate with those that come before her in future
