Prince Andrew tonight issued a dramatic and unprecedented denial that he slept with the woman at the centre of the extraordinary under-age ‘sex slave’ scandal.
For the first time, Buckingham Palace made a robust rebuttal of the allegations by Virginia Roberts that she was forced to have sex with the Duke of York in London, New York and the Caribbean, starting when she was only 17.
I reckon he did, Those Royals are an oversexed bunch IMO.
I don't reckon she was "forced" though. Not physically anyway. Maybe by financial considerations.

Thats what I meant aps,
the President of the day was not what the people needed, they needed a past president to speak and reassure and simply just talk to them, and I think Clinton was the choice not only because of who he was and how empathetic he was, but because of what was the alternative?.
NOT a Bush fan

Yet whenever we think of Bill Clinton these days we autormatically think of this phrase: "I did not have sexual intercourse with that woman". And the name Monica Lewinsky immediately springs to mind.
Discreditation much?
Some would immediately think of that phrase, others wouldn't.
It would depend on what the context of the conversation in which his name cropped up. The fact is he was not got rid of over Monica Lewinsky or any other issue. He served his full term in office and still holds the title.

Yeah so. That simple phrase, slightly altered in the OP has automatically brought up the spectre of the Bill Clintont/Monica Lewinsky saga.
Bill Clinton may not have gotten "rid of" per se. But for evermore, when Bill Clinton is spoken of, it will be in that reference: "I did not have secks with that woman".
That will be his legacy.
The Bushes, and Obama, on the other hand, who squandered Clinton's REAL legacy, are getting all the accolades.

Not sure Obama is getting the accolades.
Even the fawning media that loved him have turned against him.

I like old Bill.
He even managed to obtain the release of two female journalists from North Korea after they had been sentenced to twelve years hard labour.
That was back in 2009.

Add that to his legacy.

Monika Lewinski is not the main thing I remember Clinton for, He seemed to be a pretty good US Presidant, and achieved quite a bit if you look.. I also like him, great speaker too

That might be the case in your world. It's certainly not in mine. There is much more to the man than that little episode. If that's the worst dirt those who hate can come up with he can't have been too bad a president.
