I think Adelaide would be a nice place to visit, though, I might put that on my bucket list

We're 10 pound poms too, my Dad used  to call those who came and left ping pong poms! Often they came and left and came and left......

Actually the cost of food in the UK is quite cheap compared to Australia. Even for fresh fruit and vegetables.


We were there up until the middle of last year and I've a friend who just came back from the UK and Ireland and she said the same thing. They were there for 2 months visiting family and she was quite surprised at how cheap it was shopping in supermarkets over there compared to here.
