How could they not have noticed?

Today, the school said the design of its new statue looked fine on paper but acknowledged it could be interpreted in a more sinister way.

But, it gets more sinister

In the past 12 years, at least two former Blackfriars teachers  Stephen John Stockdale-Hall and Ronald William Hopkins  have been jailed for sexually abusing students at the school.

The statue should have the saint on the same level as the child,(so that they make eye contact.

That statue is basically saying,here's your bread but I don't want to see you,(there is no compassion showing

in the face compared to the childs face).

They could've at least made him smile and if he was on bended knees there couldn't be anything taken the

wrong way or inferred,
